The Williamsville Inn is a historic Country Inn built in 1797 by Christopher French. Its setting is one of the most enchanting in the heart of the Berkshires with its 10 acres of organic gardens, swimming pool & clay tennis court, just a few minutes away from Tanglewood and all other major Berkshire attractions.  It is a retreat and "home away from home".                    In 2002/2003 the Williamsville Inn and its 16 individually designed guest rooms all with private bathroom and A/C had been completely renovated and restored. Every room offers exquisite European bed comfort, private bathroom either with shower or tub/ shower, some rooms also have gas fireplaces or woodstoves.                                                    

 All rooms in the main house offer central A/C & wireless internet connection. You won't find busy New England wall paper anywhere in the Williamsville Inn. Its calm and soothing wall colors are inviting and simply beautiful. It is a perfect retreat for any kind of special event or trip to the Berkshires. The only authentic German Restaurant in the Berkshires " The Taste of Germany" and The Williamsville Inn  Culinary School by certified Master Chef Erhard Wendt compliments your perfect stay. For hands-on cooking or  mushroom hunting class schedule please visit "Culinary School" on our website. Early registration are highly recommended.

Cottages
Room 11 is attach to the rear of Main house and has private outside entrances at ground level, opening into the herb garden. A perfect family room, particularly for those with active youngsters. It is only a few steps to the great elm with its amazing swing and the playground.  Cottage 10 & 11 have a connecting door.

Historic Barn
Room 12, 13 , 14 & 15 are in our restored 18th Century Barn, a few steps from the main house. Built into the original barn on the property in the 1960's, the rooms are quiet and carpeted. The bathrooms are remodeled with period style pedestal sinks. A flight of steps flanked by Lilacs take you up to first floor level, while storage for bikes and other equipment is available on ground level.

Room rate schedule and policies 

All of our 16 guest rooms are completely renovated with a beautifully restored historic ambiance, private bathrooms, air conditioning, new mattresses as well as custom made fine bed linen with comforters and duvet covers. Some guest rooms also offer California King or King bed's, gas fireplaces with timer or wood stoves.

• All rates are based on a double occupancy per room.
• Included in the room rate is a scrumptious full breakfast buffet served between 8.30 and 10.00 am.
• A charge of $25 per person will be added for each additional person.
• All rates are subject to 9.7% State & Local Tax as well a service charge of $16 per day ($18 for suite).
• Between June 21 and August 31, as well as for all national holiday's, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
• During Tanglewood season as well as for all reservation of three or more nights, we require a 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be credited to your account when your reserved stay is completed.       For all other reservations, we require a one-night deposit.                                 
• Departure before final date of reservation will be charged as originally confirmed.
• If a reservation is cancelled at least 15 day's (30 day's during July and August) prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee per room
• If a reservation is cancelled less than 15 days (30 days in July and august) prior to the arrival date, you will forfeit your full deposit unless we are able to rebook the room, in which your deposit will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee per room.
• Cancellation the same day of confirmed arrival and departure before final date of reservation the full balance will be charged as originally confirmed
• Check-in begins at 3 pm- if you plan on arriving after 6 PM, please notify us in advance.  Check out is by 10.30 AM.
• As we welcome families with children of all ages.
• We do not accept any pets.
• The Williamsville Inn is a smoke-free historic Country Inn.
